CANCELLATION POLICY 

WHAT IS GINETTE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at shop@myginette.com or call us on +91 9810311459between 9 AM and 6 PM India time, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.
After receiving the product, you have to raise the return Request.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?

There are no cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse, in case if the order has already been shipped we’ll not be able to cancel it. Please reach out to us at Shop@myginette.com to notify us if you want to cancel or change your order.

 

HOW WILL I GET REFUNDED FOR THE CANCELLED ORDERS AND HOW LONG WILL THIS PROCESS TAKE?

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
